WM2x19 (f), WM2x19 (r). Rear, interchangeable with chrome rims. Black spokes with NPB nipples. Bolt on rear sprocket.
Inverted U section. Valanced, front with bottom splash guard. Rear unvalanced blade with hinged tail section and vertical valance to front LHS.
Petrol tank chrome plated with lined black panels. Single offset CEE-ESS type filler with front fitted petrol balance pipe. Single bolt damper arm fixing. Brass lever petrol tap.
Numbered 7401 to 9500 - 4 valve 499cc with cast iron open valve cylinder head, parallel inlet valves and parallel exhaust. Rockers carried on cast pillars. Plain cast alloy rocker cover.18mm side plug. BTH KC1 D4 magneto and DM3G Miller dynamo. Oil feed to rear of cylinder.
8” front and rear, coupled with steel shoes.
Miller 7” headlamp with No 832 8-0-8 'Lighthouse' ammeter and 29E rear lamp.
4 speed gearbox with hand change on RHS of tank. Aluminium oil bath chaincase with no ‘R’ on dome and separate filler on shock absorber dome. Mediumweight clutch.
Amal type 6/141 with Amal straight pull twist grip control. Original settings: main jet 150, slide 6/4, needle jet 106, needle position 2. Chrome plated copper fuel pipe.
Twin 1 _” low-level downpipes into Rudge ‘can’ type silencers and 6” fishtails.
Pressed steel central stand with lifting handle, stop light, 1” handlebars with ‘clean’ type levers. Single toolbox fitted to offside of machine. Steering damper and hand operated fork shock absorber. Open ended ‘D’ section forks.
Smiths 2" (2.4" diameter) 8 day clock in steering damper arm, pillion footrests, leg shields, Smiths or Bonniksen speedometer, competition exhaust pipes with leg shields, electric horn, Lucas No 63 bulb horn. Black & gold, chrome plated petrol tank with maroon panels with black or maroon guards. Black with maroon guards & tank panels. Rear carrier (at no extra cost). Footchange on LHS.
