RW motorcycle model specifications – 1923 to 1940 available to purchase by the public or other organisations.

These specifications are designed to aid current or prospective Rudge owners to identify machines and their completeness, or otherwise, to original specification. Note that MODEL years run from the end of July in the previous calendar year - e.g. A 1937 specification model could have left the factory between the 1st August 1936 and July 31st 1937. Note: A # indicates that information is not known or subject to confirmation.

NO pictures of machines are provided here as most restored machines have dpeartures from original which can mislead.

These specifications are updated periodically so the recommendation is to print the specification only when required to ensure you have the latest edition.
